Where disclosed and agreed to during booking, late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
Halo Aesthetic may require a valid payment method to book or secure an appointment.
When a card is collected through our online booking system, payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor. Halo Aesthetic does not store complete card numbers through the Website.
Providing a payment method does not necessarily mean that the full service price will be charged at the time of booking. Any applicable booking charge, cancellation fee, no-show fee, or other authorized charge will be disclosed as part of the applicable booking or payment process.
